Our SH.UK service offers NHS testing in more than 70 local authorities, and with the NHS we run Sexual Health London, the largest publicly funded remote sexual health testing programme anywhere in the world.

Digital services to suit local needs

Partners and service users access our services through SH.UK, an easy-to-use digital sexual health platform that seamlessly integrates with your other services. Our flexible approach means you can partner with us in a way that suits you.

Simple, fast postal self-sampling kits for STIs and blood-borne viruses (BBV), including chlamydia, gonorrhoea, syphilis, HIV, hepatitis B and C, Trichomonas vaginalis (TV), and Mycoplasma genitalium.

Clinically indicated self-sampling and management can be offered to users with mild and complex symptoms, aligning with BASHH guidelines.

Kits can also be distributed from local collection points.

Our online triage and safeguarding questions are developed with NHS clinicians, so they always follow clinical guidance and best practice.

Partners can choose ‘off the shelf’ questions or use your own, tailored to local needs.

Using the answers from triage, our algorithms offer clinically appropriate screening options.

Safe, cost-effective access to HIV PrEP, fully integrated with other digital services.

Clinical assurance from our in-house team and pharmacy partner.

Robust triage aligning with BASHH/BHIVA standards.

First-line chlamydia treatment is available through our partner Lloyds Pharmacy.

After screening, eligible service users can choose treatment by post or same-day click and collect.

We also ask for partner details online to help your local team speed up the notification process.

A clinically safe way to provide routine and emergency hormonal contraception (EC).

Emergency contraception is sent next-day delivery or collected in person on the same day.

Encourage condom use at the right time.

We can offer free condoms as part of our STI testing service or a full local C-card service through our Doink website.

All users are offered support on using condoms for pleasure and prevention.
