What we’re looking for?

A Head of Digital Marketing who can be based from home but will need to join us in our Sheffield offices on a regular basis. This role is newly created as a result of investment in our Commercial team to build on our Digital Marketing activity and capability. So, you’ll be able to create our Digital Marketing strategy and really see the results of your contribution.

What you’ll do?

You’ll work in partnership with the Head of Corporate Marketing and closely with the wider commercial team to create, be accountable for and drive the digital marketing strategy and execution across the Preventx group. Our customers span both public sector and direct to consumer services, so you need to be comfortable working across different markets.

You’ll use your experience of innovative and best practice digital marketing and e-commerce principles to drive revenue growth across our European direct to consumer territories, and support for expansion into new territories. We’re expanding into the US this year too so experience in global working will really help you fly in this role.

It will be key to your success to work closely with country leads to understand local territories and customer personas, as well as being in step with the Head of Corporate Marketing to new marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives have an effective digital presence. You’ll need to establish and manage relationships with in-country digital marketing agencies to leverage their knowledge of the local territories.

Who you are?

You’ll have extensive experience in digital marketing preferably in a fast paced, high growth environment. You’ll be able to navigate around the use of internal and external marketing resources and really understand and get the best out of managing those resources.

You won’t be a stranger to managing agencies, planning and activating campaigns across all media and managing the budgets associated with those activities.

Naturally you’ll be a strong communicator in all channels with multiple audiences and will need to engage with and adapt your style with those audiences both internal and external.
